Wow Time Flies!
I'm not even going to TRY to go back in time and catch up - I'm just going to update you and post the newest pictures! I just really don't have the time. I am going to try to do better at updating though, but sometimes it's just not possible. Right after I posted the last time, AJ started to not do well. He wasn't sleeping well and would cry out alot. He's been on antibiotics twice now for his left ear and the teething is really A LOT harder on him than it is on Christina. When he's teething hard and his ear has fluid...we don't sleep much. We still have him on the prevacid for reflux, but I'm not going to try to take him off again for another few weeks. It's hard to tell what's really hurting him when there are so many things going on. Other than that...he is SO sweet. He has this little Woody The Woodpecker laugh that he does ALL the time and it just cracks everybody up. He is lunging alot and is frustrated with his immobility...which is good! He needs that motivation! His therapist is just wonderful though and she's got another lady coming out to help us with feeding him. The baby does not eat. At least not much. He's in the 13th percentile for weight. I finally got him to eat a jar of sweet potatoes and turkey last night so I'm feeling a little better. There's a long story that goes with all of that, not blog-worthy. AJ is a very, very happy baby. He smiles all of the time when he's feeling good and he's so very patient. He loves to stand these days and he just got some new shoes :-) Thanks Aunt Nancy! All in all, he's doing well and he's a wonderful boy. Christina. Wow. Once she started walking she didn't stop. With something in-hand, she will walk EVERYWHERE! She has started pointing and giving you things and then taking it back. She tries to put AJ's paci in his mouth, but she also takes it too. It's a game for her. She is VERY smart. She copies everything. She stopped letting me feed her a couple of weeks ago. She would hit the spoon when I tried. She now feeds herself. It's a huge clean up, but she will sit and eat for a good amount of time and she's getting better. She's also not very picky, which is a wonderful thing! My daughter eats green beans. She is also a wonderful sleeper. She will go right into her crib after a bottle and after a little play time, she goes to sleep. She LOVES her cousins and loves to walk around outside. Sundays are GREAT fun for her! Christina is so happy and sweet and such a big girl. She really is trying to grow up fast. I'm going to have to install brakes on that one. The babies REALLY LOVE each other. They smile HUGE when they see each other first thing in the morning or after a nap. They splash in the tub together, they copy each other making sounds, hitting their tray at dinner time, etc. Here are some pictures of the past month and a half. Enjoy!
